Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of WWW Protocol you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use WWW Protocol. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at legal@wwwprotocol.app.
You may not share, sell or transfer your account to another person.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WWW Protocol to: harass, threaten or deceive others; upload or transmit malware or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system; scrape, crawl or bulk-export data without our consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on WWW Protocol. By uploading content you grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
AI Features
The Elias AI sidekick uses your household context to generate responses. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for medical, legal or financial decisions.
If you connect your own AI provider, you are responsible for compliance with that provider's terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
WWW Protocol is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WWW Protocol operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
